I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University - Seattle (2012) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern Utah University (2010). Originally from the lush and unique Hawaiian island of Moloka'i, I am proud to have been providing care in beautiful Lake Stevens since 2015 as well as my private practice beginnings in Lynnwood on November 21st, 2012. Utilizing the person-centered therapeutic approach, I believe that individuals have the tools to live meaningful and fulfilling lives and will be beside you during your unique journey of self-discovery, striving to provide a safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in your goals towards personal growth.
